Tim is an accomplished speaker and success coach. Tim Mann’s mission is to guide you to reach your fullest potential and allow you to bring out your own personal power.  When researching human potential studies from Stanford, Harvard, and other institutions around the world, Tim became passionately involved in the subject of self-empowerment.  As part of his research on human potential, Tim studied Quantum Physics and Neuro Linguistic Programming.  He went on to become a certified practitioner in NLP.  Neuro Linguistic Programming works with connecting our mind (neuro) and language (linguistic) to produce choices that are beneficial to an individual’s behavior (programming).  With the constantly changing environment we live in today, Tim stays abreast of the new research on human potential. By staying at the forefront of human potential, Tim uses his findings to create solutions to the current problems and issues that we face in today’s society.  Tim received media attention after appearing on Internet radio and Television where he spoke passionately about inspiring people to be Uncommon.

One of the main programs of 90:10 International is the Uncommon Man program. Tim encourages males to be authentic by taking off the mask and to find their own personal three-part success formula that is within by using the 90:10 Pyramid that he developed and perfected.  Simply put, the 90:10 Pyramid shows you how to redirect your thoughts, emotions and your life toward expanding solutions.  Through his programs you will have clarity, be more productive, happier, and have successful relationships both personally and professionally that we all so desire.  The programs are custom tailored to inspire the corporate environment as well as an individual's personal life.

Tim holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration from California State University, Northridge and resides in Los Angeles, California.
